The October 2001 Quest asked what the following twelve U.S. Cities have in common that no other cities in the world have:

Atlanta Boston Chicago
Cleveland Dallas Kansas City
Minneapolis New York Philadelphia
Richmond San Francisco St. Louis

The answer is that all are cities in which a Federal Reserve Bank is located (or as Delmar stated, where U.S. currency is issued).

Correct answers came from  Delmar BurkittBob FritzAlma LittenAlan McDonald, Carla Nuenke, and  Nick Wolf.  That's by far the most answers received on any Quest puzzle to date.
